Digital platforms.Process automation.AI governance advice.
I design and build web platforms, automate business workflows, and advise on AI governance — with a background in quantitative economics and hotel operations.
What I work on.
Three areas, applied to systems that need to hold up in daily use: web platforms, workflow automation, and AI governance.
Digital Platforms & Web Architecture
Custom-built Next.js and WordPress platforms — booking systems, calendar integrations, and pages built to load fast and rank well.
Workflow & Process Automation
Automation pipelines connecting inquiries, business or property-management systems (PMS/ERP), and calendars, built on n8n, so requests don't sit in someone's inbox.
AI Governance & Enterprise Readiness
Compliance work aligned with the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and Switzerland's data protection act (nDSG) — documentation and process, not just a policy on paper.
Workflow & Automation Simulator
A short example of what one of these pipelines does: an inquiry comes in and is routed, checked, and confirmed automatically.
Selected work.
A few platforms and systems built for clients — one focused problem at a time, from strategy through launch, without agency overhead.

What came before.
Two things shaped how I work with clients before consulting: running the commercial side of a fashion model agency, and standing on the floor of a five-star hotel.

Business Development Manager
Paul James Hay (Poetry of People UK)
Drafting model contracts with lawyers, setting the agency's strategic direction, planning budgets, and negotiating placements with partner agencies across multiple countries — real contracts and real money, managed end to end, including the agency's full corporate incorporation.
Contracts, not vibes
Drafting agreements with lawyers means reading the fine print before a client has to, and building terms that don't rely on goodwill.
Cross-border negotiation
Placements with partner agencies across different countries and legal systems meant finding clarity without a shared playbook.
Owning the outcome
Budget and strategy at a small agency are visible immediately — there's no committee to defer to if a call is wrong.
Before that, hospitality.
The Chedi Andermatt (GHM)
Guest-facing roles at The Chedi Andermatt, a five-star hotel, taught the rest: checking details before they become someone else's problem, handling information carefully, and staying level-headed when something goes wrong under time pressure.
Attention to detail
Small things matter in service, and they matter in software. I check them before a client has to.
Discretion
Guest information and client information get handled the same way — carefully, and only with the people who need it.
Staying composed
Systems fail sometimes. What matters is fixing it calmly and telling the client what happened.
Education and experience.
